Our team
Ahmad Zargari, Ph.D., CSTM
Professor Emeritus and Retired Dean, Greene College of Science and Engineering, Morehead State University
Dr. Zargari’s experience includes service as a professor, department chair, associate dean, and dean. His work has covered undergraduate and graduate program development, program review and accreditation, strategic planning, budgeting, university reorganization, and faculty recruitment and development.
He has supported research and development funding, university–industry partnerships, industrial advisory boards, student internships and employment pathways, and international student recruitment and advising. At GHES, he brings this experience to institutional planning, program quality, leadership, and educational partnerships.
Jen O’Keefe, Ph.D.
Dr. O’Keefe brings experience in higher education, grant writing, curriculum design and evaluation, and academic leadership in engineering and geoscience. She earned her B.A. from Cornell College, M.S. from Texas A&M University, and Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky.
Her work at Morehead State University has included departmental leadership and the OPaL Lab, with an emphasis on mentoring and problem-based learning. Her experience also includes accreditation support, academic stakeholder relations, and professional society leadership.
Kouroush Jenab, Ph.D., P.Eng.
Dr. Jenab’s work connects higher education, professional engineering, research, and industry practice. His areas of expertise include academic program development, accreditation, engineering and technology management, workforce development, advanced manufacturing, quality, reliability, and emerging technologies.
His academic experience at Morehead State University includes program coordination, curriculum development, institutional self-study leadership, and service on ATMAE accreditation visiting teams. His industry experience includes engineering and management roles with Magna International, Bombardier Aerospace, Honeywell, Messier-Dowty, Alcatel, and the National Research Council of Canada.
At GHES, he supports accreditation and continuous improvement, academic program design, workforce and Industry 4.0 initiatives, AI and digital transformation, university–industry collaboration, and research and grant development.
